Boulevard, Zenoti, Mindbody, Vagaro, and Aesthetic Record are all standard for us. Tell us what you run on the kickoff call and we'll confirm the booking integration before design starts.
Can you do brand identity from scratch, or only the website?
Both. Launch+ includes a brand refresh; Launch Pro includes a full identity system — logo, palette, type, and photography direction. If you already have branding you love, we build to it instead.
Should we show prices on the site?
In most cases yes, at least "starting at" ranges. Bookings convert measurably better when pricing is visible, because clients who can't afford it filter themselves out before they take a consult slot. We'll advise on the framing for your service mix.
Is the site HIPAA-compliant?
Forms are configured so client information never lands somewhere it shouldn't, and before/after galleries run through a consent flow with proper documentation. We're not your compliance counsel, but the site won't be the weak link.
Can the site handle gift card sales and membership signups?

Wix AI keeps getting better. Won't custom design lose its edge?
Wix and the others are getting better at generating templates fast. They're not getting better at brand identity, strategic positioning, or local market knowledge.
